[Mia is moving houses today! Well, apartment-to-house. After being invited to live with Rogue, Kurt, and their friends, the prospect of not being so lonely at the end of the day sounded wonderful. Of course she said yes.

She spent the past day or two packing up - she doesn't have much - and now will carry boxes from her apartment to the house. It's slow going but she doesn't mind the work; besides, Rogue implied that her new roommates would help out!

As she carries a particularly heavy box along the road, there's a flash of blue, and something that leaves a visible blue streak zooms away from her, off into the village. She can't exactly drop the box and chase after him...but oh, does she want to. The minute she reaches the house she opens her journal and starts writing.]

If anyone sees a blue creature that looks like this

could you let me know? He is very...mischievous. His name is Serac. Be careful! He may attack you with ice if you try to catch him.

[Mega Man is minding his own business at home, unaware that a blue streak flew in through his apartment window and into his bedroom. He remains unaware of that until a crash comes from there. He quickly gets up to investigate, seeing his door partially closed. Funny, wasn't like that before. He pushes it open and goes inside...

Only to have a bucket of ice water fall onto his head, from where it was percariously balancing. Now he's soaking wet and cold, and he tosses the bucket away with a scowl.]

[Don't mind her, she'll just be poking her head through the wall.]

Oh hey! [She'll just finish walking through the wall then.] Are you, like, the girl moving in here?

[Rydia spots Mia up ahead, approaching from the other direction and waves, picking up the pace so as to meet her halfway.]

Hey! Need some help?

[ Upon seeing Mia's entry Helios will, well, Helios being Helios gets extremely curious and so...questions must be asked. ] It's rather...adorable. Always the cute ones, hm?

[ A light chuckle from him. ] What, ah, exactly is he if you don't mind me asking? He has magic capabilities too then...hah, interesting. I've never seen anything quite like him before.

[Mia jumps; the sound she makes is enough like 'eeep' to be comical, and she drops the box in her hands.]

Oh- oh. You are one of Kurt's friends, right?

Oh, hello. [She can't quite wave, but she can smile.] No, I am fine. My boxes are not heavy.

Thank you for offering. How are you?

He is a Mercury Djinni. They all look like this. Some are calmer than others.

[Much like Fizz, Serac finds you hilarious, Rock-man. He's standing on the bed.

Take that back - jumping on the bed. Look familiar?]

[Mega Man wipes the water from his eyes and brushes his hair out of his vision, frown still visible.]

...Fizz?! What the heck was that for?!

[Guess again!

Did you want a blast of water to the face?

Doesn't matter. You got one.]

[Glubglubglubglub! Mega Man's arms fail as he stumbles off his feet from the high pressure gout of water, landing on his bottom on the ground.]

H-hey! Knock it off! What's the big idea?!

[He gets to his feet again, even more soaked than before.]</small]

[Someone didn't give the memo to Kurt of when this move was going down, because he's slow to show up. ~~Otherwise all of it would've been teleported over in a minute.~~ While she's getting another box from her apartment, he'll pop in, just in front of her.]

Wow, this is all that's left here?

[Every time you do that it's a shock.

Like now. She does the same 'eeep!' she did with Kitty earlier and stumbles backward over the box she's filling. Fwump.]

Kurt! [But she's okay, so her irritation fights with a smile.] I am going to get you a bell if you keep doing that.

[You are the big idea. Be happy he hasn't used his actual battle attack on you!

He'll be bouncing out the window soon, unless you want to seriously challenge him, Rock-man.]

[And every time she's shocked, he shrugs it off.]

Nah, a bell would just make me more surprising. [He starts to wander around the room, looking for the biggest box.] How much have you already moved?

[The biggest boxes are all sitting on the empty bed.]

I started a little early. [Without really telling anyone, either. She didn't even think about Kurt teleporting, actually.] There isn't too much left. ...I don't know what to do with the things...left over from Piers's room.

[It was made up into a guest bedroom of sorts, after he left. She's looking kind of forlorn about that one box.]

[Yeah she started early. Who wakes up that early when they don't have to?]

You can take them with you. Just in case.

I don't want to take up too much space.

[Everything pretty much fits in her bedroom, though.]

That's what closets are for, yeah? Besides, it's not like we're charging you for floor space.

Hey! Where's Mia, anyway? You didn't run away from her, did you? Come on, let's get you back to her, now! Before you wreck my room any more than you have.

[And he walks closer to Serac, holding out his hand. If Serac is feeling aggressive, this might be the challenge he wants!]

Oh, one of your friends can use lightning?

["Charging" means only one thing.]

[He really shouldn't be wrecking any rooms at all.

But you did ask for it, Mega.

Did you order an Ice Horn? No? Here's one for free.]

[The Ice Horn initially catches him off guard and he's pelted with dozens of icicles. Good thing he was wearing his armor, though the chill of the spell is strong and cuts through him like a knife.

Well, this Djinni certainly wasn't acting like Fizz. And it seemed it was past just fun and games with that barrage. Knowing it was time to defend himself, the Mega Buster on his arm switched to active mode, and he pointed it at Serac.]

Sorry about this!

[He hopes Mia won't be upset at him for this, but he opens fire and a trio of red energy blasts head in Serac's direction.]

Sorry! Totally didn't mean to scare you. [She'll help pick up anything that fell out.]

That's me. I'm Kitty. And you're... Mia? [We'll pretend that she was told.]

Did you say djinni? That's fascinating. My own world has beings called djinni as well, but well, they're quite hard to happen across. Are they all...magical in nature too?
